Boot Camp Class Varieties:

Varsity Boot Camp classes are designed to push athletes to their absolute maximum in their class of choice. Sample classes include the following:

  • CORE-X
  • AP: Athletic Performance

Every class is intentionally structured to focus on strength, power, agility, flexibility, endurance, stability and speed, the fundamentals of a well-built athlete!
