Varsity Boot Camp classes are designed to push athletes to their absolute max. Every class is intentionally structured to complement every other class, creating weekly, well-rounded athletic training programs.

  • Thursday/Saturday: VARSITY BC: CORE-X
  • Friday: VARSITY BC: AP (Athletic Performance)
