- 4 ISOL8 CLASSES for Saturdays: the hot new method branded by CXF to slow it down and sculpt. This is total body isolations where 5lb dumbbells feel like 25lbs. Feel the burn!
- 4 CXF RECOVERY SESSIONS: treat your body to stretching and myofascial release to dig out any trigger points and give your body the time it needs to recover and prepare for the next week.
- ACCOUNTABILITY CALENDAR: check the box every day to keep yourself on track and accountable.
- 7 NUTRITION RULES: to take this challenge to the next level follow some basic nutritional guidance to make sure you are slimming down to fighting weight.
- HOW TO INTERMITTENT FAST: basic step-by-step guidance on how to eat during a specific period of the day, when to workout and what benefits this brings to your body and your performance.
- ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT: I am here for you as your personal coach and trainer during this challenge. Email me any time, ask as many questions as needed. Even simply for motivation and an extra push, I am here for you!
***Equipment needed: set of dumbbells you can push over your head and a band for leg day. All other tools come from your household (i.e. a hand towel, two water bottles, a pillow, a back pack with 4 heavy books, etc.).
Once you purchase you will receive an email with the intro package and your first week of classes, links you can click at any time. Email may take a couple hours to send so please be patient.
