COMBINE-X Athletics is officially on the schedule for youth off-season training!
What is it?
COMBINE-X ATHLETICS is six week sports conditioning and strength training program for your youth athletes, from 5-12th grade. We focus on speed and agility, power and explosiveness, strength and endurance, balance and flexibility: the essentials of a well-built athlete. Additionally, we offer designated time focusing on neuromechanics, specifically breathing, balance and vision training.
